R.I.S.E Recovery
Relapse prevention is a lifelong process of recognizing triggers, strengthening coping strategies, and creating healthy routines that support continued recovery.
Our evidence-based program helps individuals identify high-risk situations and develop practical strategies to prevent relapse before it occurs.
